Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

If you change your mind and wish to return any items, you have 14 days from the date that you received them to inform us of your decision. If you choose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.

If returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 25% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.

If you wish to cancel a ticket for an event, you have to let us know at least 48 hours before the event is due to occur. After this time, the tickets are non-refundable however can be transferred to another player.


Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if informed in 14 days from you having received the item and as long as the item hasn't been opened and is still in a saleable condition.

Can you help with missing pieces?

Yes, we are happy to help with acquiring any missing pieces from items purchased from us. And if the pieces can't be sourced from our suppliers then can offer an exchange or a refund.

Please inspect items on arrival as we may not be able to help if not informed in the first 30 days of items missing.


My item is damaged, what do I do?

We take every care to make sure your items are well wrapped and in great condition when you receive them. However sometimes something goes wrong and we are happy to offer exchanges, discounts or returns if an item arrives with your damaged. Just get in touch with us!
