The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

Yes, we can take a pre-order for an item that is out of stock. For these items, we don't take payment when the order is made. There may be some items that we can't take pre-orders for such as items that are being removed from a range or are out of print.

How often are items restocked?

We receive in multiple orders every week however certain items may be out of print or not available. If you want more information about an item then drop us a message!

Why do you limit quantities for certain products?

Sometimes with in demand items we know we are not going to receive enough for every customer so we try to make sure the most gamers possible end up with the item.
